On returns, it is noted on your invoice that products must be returned within 30 days with a receipt.  You need to call or email first before sending and receive return permission. Manufacturers want products back within 30 days, if there is a problem. We work with you and our manufacturers to make this a pleasant shopping experience. 

* Products need to be in excellent condition.  Products must be returned not opened and in re-sellable condition in order to receive an exchange, store credit, or refund.
* If you change your mind about your purchase, do not open the packages. You need to receive permission for return. Once a product is opened, you need to contact us.  Each manufacturers have their own return polices and we need to adhere to them.  If you purchased a skin care device and changed your mind within the 30 days, we have to charge a $15 Restocking fee. as per manufacturers instructions.
* The vendor policies are becoming very strict and we have to adhere to their policies.
* JoElla Milan Skin Care. must follow the rules of each manufacturer.  If the company of  the product you are returning  does not accept return, then JoElla Milan Enterprises cannot not accept the return for a refund.  A store credit will be issued.  If you change your mind on a product and decide you do not want it, the products must be returned unopened and in perfect condition within 5 days of permission to return.   Shipping on any return is at the customers cost under all circumstances, unless their is a problem with the product, or we made an error in sending it.
* Products that are returned and unopened and in perfect condition after 15 days may be returned for credit or exchange only. No returns are allowed after 30 days
, unless given permission.
* Any returns that were purchased with Rewards point are to receive a credit only. Rewards points are the same as cash given from JoElla Milan Enterprises Inc. The amount of the purchase will be deducted from your Rewards points.
* Any packages sent without prior approval from the manufacturer will receive a 15% restocking fee.  If the vendor accepts the return, then this is not enforced.
* Shipping fee's will be deducted from the return.
* Shipping on any returns is at the consumers expense.

Lost Packages.  If we send your package to the address shown on the invoice and it shows delivered, JoElla Milan Enterprises Inc is not responsible.  You must immediately notify your post office.   Many times your package may not have fit in the box and your postal person returned it to the post office.   If you live in a neighborhood that is not safe for packages, then you need to notify JoElla Milan Enterprises Inc and let us know so the package requires a signature. We will be happy to fill out a notice for lost package, but you need to take care of it on your end.

Back Orders
Each manufacturer at times is backordered on a product.  I update this information through my newsletters on a backorder situation.  It is impossible to notify you individually.  Most back orders are temporary and short term.

In some product lines, if you do not order (even though back ordered) you may not receive your products until the following order from the manufacturer.  It is best to order and be sure that you will receive your order from the next shipment.  If we have no date on a product, I will then remove it from my website until it arrives.  Although frustrating, some products have a high demand and low supply from the manufacturer.

If you order the wrong product, do not open the packaging. It then becomes contaminated and not in a salable condition.    Return it completely sealed from the manufacturer.  If you open it, then a 15% restocking fee applies.

Gift Certificates
Only one per purchase.  Multiple gift certificates are not allowed.  If more than one is used on a transaction, we will refund the transaction. 

If you forget to apply a gift certificate at the time of purchase, you may receive a gift certificate and not a refund. The must be done within 15 days of purchase.
