We keep shipping fee's to a minimum. In the US it is free shipping unless the customer requests another choice. We offer International Shipping also. Depending on the country and Product lines. My fees start at $18.95 for Priority Mail.
Being online 20 years now, I have clients all over the world. I take care of them and their skin care needs.
When an order is larger, I send it Express Mail or DHL for safely purposes.
Many times on International JoElla Milan Enterprises Inc. pays a percentage of the shipping fee, since my concern is the safety of the order. If your shipping fee charged is less than the cost to send the items , I will credit back the difference.
As in many sites, I do not make money on the shipping fee's
On International Orders that are larger, they must be sent by Express Mail and not priority. If I tell you it is Express, you must pay for this amount at time of purchase. Priority is not trackable and JoElla Milan Enterprises Inc will not be responsible for a lost package. Express Mail or DHL may be insured and you may track the shipping number.
We are not responsible for fee's charged by your country when you receive your package. This includes, taxes, duties or customs. That is the responsibility of the person the package is sent to.
Shipping fee's are not refunded.

The US Postal fee's took a big increase today which will cause an increase in our pricing. I will keep prices as low as possible.
