Be sure to clean your face in the AM and PM.  Especially if you do sports or sweat.  Bacteria can form on your face.  Cleaning before bedtime is the most important.  If you are too lazy to cleanse, apply Karin Herzog Oxygen Face Cream on your face.  It will kill the bacteria while you sleep and also hydrate your skin so you do not feel dry.
